This redemption e-code cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or resold.
The redemption e-code must be activated within the date on your e-card; otherwise, it will expire.
This redemption e-code has no cash value. If lost, altered, or damaged, it will be invalidated and will not be reissued.
This e-card, redemption e-code, and service are provided by JOOX. In case of any dispute regarding this e-card, the JOOX operator and e-card issuer reserve the final decision-making authority.
How to redeem JOOX Gift Card?

- Enter your redemption e-code in the "Redemption Code" field.
